Use your return tracking number (on the label) to monitor delivery back to us.

If you selected a gift card refund, it will be emailed to your order address once we receive and verify your return.

For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs and must send the item back yourself.
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method—SUSCLUDE is not liable for packages lost in transit.
