Exchanges & Returns

  • We hope you love your purchase!
  • For returns due to personal preference: you can return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • For issues caused by seller error (wrong item shipped, defective product): you can return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Use your return tracking number (on the label) to monitor delivery back to us.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days and issue it to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
  • If you selected a gift card refund, it will be emailed to your order address once we receive and verify your return.
  • For exchanges: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship your replacement within 1–2 business days and send a shipping confirmation email.

  • For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs and must send the item back yourself.
  • We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method—SUSCLUDE is not liable for packages lost in transit.
  • If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please email us at service@susclude.com immediately.
  • In such cases, we may ask you to provide photos as proof of the issue to help us process your request quickly.
  • Once verified, we’ll waive your return shipping fee and send a replacement free of charge.
  • No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

  • Be sure to include your order number and clearly state whether you’re requesting a return or an exchange (and which item, if applicable).
  • We’ll review your request and process it in accordance with our return policy, including issuing refunds within 10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Your feedback helps us understand what went wrong—and how we can keep improving to give you a better experience with SUSCLUDE.
  • Email us at service@susclude.com with your tracking number to initiate the refund process.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email.
  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account—processing times depend on your bank or payment platform.
  • The original shipping fee from your order is non-refundable, even for domestic returns.

  • Please ensure items are undamaged and in original condition.
  • Tags and care labels must be intact—if they were originally included with the item.

    • Your order number (e.g., #123456)
    • Photos of the items (showing any original tags, care labels, and packaging)
    • Your reason for return or exchange
  • Due to high email volume, please allow 1–2 business days for a reply. We do not respond on weekends.
  • Same-order returns: Pack all items together and use one return label.
  • Multiple orders: Please create separate returns and use the correct label for each order to avoid processing delays.
